Greetings and happy Sunday!

This week’s episode of the pod features a gentle journaling ritual that will deepen your connection to the sacred practice of solitude.

But before we get to the prompts, I want to share a small moment of clarity that’s been echoing in my spirit lately:

To create the life I desire,

I have to create the life I desire.

I know that might sound simple, and it’s something that I knew conceptually. But when I had this realization the other day, it hit me deeply, and I felt my understanding of this concept on a soul-changing level.

How often do we wait for the moment to be “just right”?

Waiting for more time, money, or freedom before we allow ourselves to live the life we long for.

We say:

Once I leave the job…

Once I lose the weight…

Once things calm down…

But, what if we stopped waiting?

What if the life we want isn’t a future version of ourselves, but a present possibility we can begin living into right now through the small, intentional choices we make?

That’s where solitude comes in.

Solitude is your sanctuary.

It’s the space where you get to listen inward and reconnect with yourself without noise, performance, or needing to prove anything.

And this week, I want to invite you to explore the idea that your solitude can also be a place where you begin crafting your next chapter. Where you experiment with how it feels to become the version of yourself you’re calling in.

Not someday.

But today.

And don’t worry, there’s no one “right” way to do it.

Your solitude doesn’t have to look the same every time.

You don’t have to sit in silence or be still if that’s not what you need in that moment.

This is about intention.

It’s about honoring your need for space and using that space to realign, reconnect, and remember.

So, whether you journal right now in real time or let the questions settle in your body and return to them later, let this be your gentle reminder:

There is no wrong way to do this.

There is only your way.
